Habitat for Humanity Build Day | October 11th
On October 11th, our team will roll up its sleeves and join Habitat for Humanity for a build day right here in Citrus Heights. This hands-on event brings volunteers together to construct safe, affordable housing for families in need.

2nd Annual Citrus Heights Police Activities League (PAL) Golf Tournament | October 16th
Atlas Disposal is proud to participate in a fun-filled day of golf and community spirit supporting PAL’s mission to provide positive opportunities for youth through mentorship, activities, and engagement.
Our team joined local businesses, law enforcement, and residents at Whitney Oaks Golf Course to raise funds for PAL’s youth programs. Events like this represent exactly what community partnership looks like: coming together to invest in the next generation.
CHCMB Howl O’ Ween Parade | October 18th
Few things bring a community together quite like a parade. On October 18th, Atlas will be part of the Citrus Heights Community Marching Band’s Howl O’ Ween Parade. This family-friendly tradition features music, costumes, and plenty of Halloween spirit.
Events like this showcase the unique character of Citrus Heights and highlight the creativity of local groups like the CHCMB. We’re excited to sponsor and support this event, celebrating with residents and making memories for kids and families.
HART Spaghetti Fest | October 24th
We’ll round out the month on October 24th by supporting the Citrus Heights HART Spaghetti Fest. This annual fundraiser supports the work of Citrus Heights HART (Homeless Assistance Resource Team), which provides vital resources to individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
The Spaghetti Fest is a chance to enjoy a delicious meal, connect with neighbors, and contribute to an organization that makes a lasting impact on the community. Atlas is proud to stand alongside HART in its efforts to ensure no one is left without support.
