AB 1826 Solid Waste: Organic Waste Recycling

AB 1826: State Assembly Bill 1826 effective 4/1/2016

 Attention Commercial Businesses

(a) (1) On and after April 1, 2016, a business that generates eight cubic yards or more of
organic waste per week shall arrange for recycling services specifically for organic waste in the manner specified in subdivision (b).

What does AB 1826 mean to your business?
